  • 3:00 PM — Darshan at Sri Raghavendra Swamy Mutt.
  • 6:00 PM — Evening aarti at the Tungabhadra riverbank.
  • Overnight in Mantralayam.
DAY 2 Panchamukhi Kshetra & Alampur Temples+
  • 7:00 AM — Morning darshan, then drive to Panchamukhi Kshetra.
  • 10:00 AM — Continue to Alampur, visit the Navabrahma temple cluster.
  • 1:00 PM — Lunch in Alampur/Kurnool.
  • 3:00 PM — Kurnool Fort and riverfront.
  • Return to Mantralayam for overnight stay.

  • Dress modestly at the Mutt and all temple sites; footwear must be removed.
  • Aradhana festival dates (seasonal) see very heavy crowds — plan around them unless you specifically want to attend.
  • Summer afternoons in this region are extremely hot — carry water and sun protection.
  • Alampur temple complex involves moderate walking between shrines.
  • Mobile network can be patchy near Panchamukhi and riverside areas.
