Carry comfortable walking shoes, lightweight clothing, drinking water, sunscreen, sunglasses or a hat, personal medication, identification and essential toiletries for the two-night journey. An umbrella or light rain jacket is useful during periods when rain is expected.
What happens if an attraction is closed or access changes?
Attraction timings, weekly closures, Auroville visitor arrangements, monument access, weather, traffic and local restrictions can occasionally affect the planned schedule. When necessary, the sightseeing sequence may be adjusted to keep the overall route practical. Current access conditions should be reconfirmed close to the travel date.
